Who is Let's Start Pilates for?
It is for every body. You can benefit from this program whether you are new to Pilates or you’re already a Pilates lover. If you want do Pilates at home with safe and effective routines to get stronger and more flexible, this program is created for you! 

What equipment do I need to perform the exercises?
Just your beautiful self and a mat! :) All of the exercises are designed to use your own body weight, so no equipment needed. The best part is you can always do the workouts no matter where you are and whether or not you have any props.

Does Pilates help with flexibility? 
Yes! With Pilates, you will improve your flexibility and strength in the most balanced way. You don't have to be flexible to start Pilates.

How long will it take me to complete the program?
That’s totally up to you! The 4 Week Program in 
Let's Start Pilates is completely self-paced. You decide when you start and when you finish – in the amount of time that feels right for you.

    I LOVE and look forward to my workouts and moving my body everyday. But this is so far from where I was just a few years ago. I had a pretty dysfunctional relationship with exercise and the traditional fitness experience.

    I used to believe you needed to be dripping in sweat after a workout to see results. Just do lots of jumps, burpees, and cardio, spend hours at the gym until you’re out of breath to see results, right? Well that didn’t work for me. I used to feel anxious before, after and during my workouts. It always felt like a chore or punishment.

    It took me 4 years of
    trial and error, research, and studying movement and exercise science, to confidently be able to say that working out harder is not the only—or even the most effective—way to become the healthiest, happiest and strongest version of yourself. 

    With this ebook, my intention is to help you get there more quickly than I did by giving you the tools you need to feel stronger and more confident in your body today.
    And no, this program is not for everyone.

    My approach to health + fitness is not about burning calories, striving to have a "bikini body" or 
    the number on the scale. If you are looking for a "quick fix" for those things, this is not the program for you. Because I believe true health and fitness is so much more than just a quick fix or looking a certain way. 

    ​True health is about taking care of your mind, body and soul, and having balanced strength all over your body so you can move through life with peace, ease and joy!
